Bistro Verde, Mt Eliza’s leading restaurant, is sporting a fresh new look after recent renovations. The new, modern look is in line with the restaurant’s approach to its menu, keeping things fresh and innovative while offering a little something for everyone. 

Established 6 years ago by local chef/restaurateur Cameron Taylor, Verde has gone from strength to strength since opening and attracts a loyal local clientele as well as visitors from many different parts of Victoria. 

The menu is derived from modern Italian with an Asian influence, but head Chef Jacquelin Connon will often experiment with other cultural influences and seasonal  produce. 

Having owned restaurants in Mt. Eliza for twelve years now, Cameron believes the food in the town is better than ever. We have a great choice with Asian, cheap pub food and older style Italian cuisine. Now Verde's menu compliments them all with an innovative modern Italian style with Asian influences.
